The Form 1-4 Regatta was sailed today in ideal conditions with a fleet of 45 yachts racing on Kawau Bay. Racing on two courses, sailors enjoyed a light, freshening breeze (5-10 knots) from the east for races 1 & 2. The breeze then freshened to 12-15 knots in the afternoon for the final set of two races. This pattern has been a feature of several previous regattas, providing a broad range of conditions to test the competitors. Many thanks to all competitors and volunteers who made the regatta possible more..
