There are a variety of tools you can access via your phone or mobile device that focus on improving different aspects of mental health and wellbeing. To help support you to look after your wellbeing and mental health our Health Centre team have reviewed some apps for you to consider.

Mindshift CBT

Uses strategies based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you learn to relax and be mindful, develop more effective ways of thinking, and use active steps to take charge of your anxiety.

Headspace app is meditation for beginners made simple. A calm, relaxed approach to bringing quiet and relaxation into the lives of adults and kids. Teaches the skills of meditation and mindfulness.
