There are many different sports zone days for both boys, girls and mixed teams, held throughout the year for North Harbour Schools at various venues on the North Shore. This is a competition against some strong Intermediate Schools and a selection process may take place for those sports where there is a keen interest. In some sport codes. The winner of the North Harbour zone day then goes on to represent the North Harbour zone at the Auckland Inter-Zone competition against other qualifying Auckland wide schools. 

 

Due to the cost and time involved to compete in these zone days, and to maximise the number of students involved in a wide variety of sports, we have a policy for Year 7 and 8 students to participate in only two zone days per term outside of their weekly code competition, if applicable.
